Our services
Live rooms, sites and systems — one operator.
Alarm response & keyholding
When the panel goes, the response team attends. Secure keyholding, rapid attendance and photo incident reports from the control room.
Event & festival security
Door teams, pit and barrier, backstage, bar security and response units. Crowd flow, safeguarding and emergency procedures built in.
Response team
On-demand officers for activations, removals and short-notice reinforcement. Dispatched from the control room — not a scheduled patrol route.
CCTV & alarm monitoring
Remote monitoring from our control centre. We supply, fit and monitor the Shield alarm and CCTV system — not another company’s kit.
Consultancy
Risk assessments, security planning and a setup that matches how the site actually runs — not a copied template.
24/7 alarm response & keyholding
Complete protection. The system is on us if we monitor it.
Take Shield monitoring, keyholding and alarm response and we fit and maintain our alarm system at no extra cost. The panel, cameras and monitoring are supplied as one Shield system. We do not connect to or take over equipment installed by another company.
- Free Shield alarm installation when you take our monitoring
- Ongoing maintenance included on that same contract
- 24/7 SIA-licensed response and secure keyholding
- Rapid attendance with photo incident reports
- Remote CCTV and alarm monitoring from the control centre
